All orders are shipped usually within 2-7 working days after payment has processed for an order. While almost all orders are shipped promptly, some may take up to 14 working days.
Packages should be received within 7-21 working days after payment has processed for an order. Most packages should arrive within this time frame, but if you have waited the entire 21 working days after your payment has processed without receiving your package please contact support.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the appropriate tracking information.
Clothing, merchandise and a selection of certain product orders will be charged a shipping rate dependent on many factors calculated by a third party that helps fulfill those orders. Due to this the shipping rates on such orders will likely vary.
For many products free shipping is available.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
If you order an item on back order and want to receive a refund for that item you will be required to wait at least 7 working days for the order to fill. After waiting 7 working days for your back ordered item has not been shipped then you can request a refund by emailing [email protected] by including the order number and list the item(s) that need refunded due to back order as well as the reason you are requesting a refund (Back Order) in this case.
