Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you receive an RMA number you will also be instructed on where to address the return package along with proof of purchase.
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
REFUNDS ON ORDERS PAID WITH CRYPTO
Order paid for using cryptocurrency as an option will follow the sames rules for the return process, although the amount refunded in the cryptocurrency may be different based on the current exchange rate for the cryptocurrency against the US Dollar.
Orders that are not yet processed will refund the original amount of cryptocurrency paid for the order. For partial refunds, the percentage value of the order will be used and applied to the total order to calculate the refund minus network fees. For example, you pay .01 BTC for an order but request a refund before it is processed, you will receive exactly .01 BTC (minus network fees) as your refund regardless of any changes in the exchange rate between ordering the processing the refund.
For orders that have been processed, crypto refunds will only be processed by sending out the current equivalent of the requested refund amount in the cryptocurrency based on its current exchange rate against the US Dollar. For example, you pay .01 BTC for an order but request a refund after it is processed, you will receive exactly BTC (minus network fees) in an amount the equaled the USD value of your processed refund based on the current exchange rate for your crypto against the US Dollar. This means you may receive MORE or LESS cryptocurrency than what you originally paid, but it will have the same US Dollar value as when the order was paid.
